Is Ta'Lia a Sergal? If she is, unfortunately, Sergal species has Copyright.
so when it becomes a commercial uses, have to pay copyright fee.

Ok, Things are changed.
I was wrong.

Mick talked to me about this. She says the character definitely looks like a sergal and since she's not good at English she asked me to represent her.

I think there are 3 options.

1. change the character's design
2. remove her
3. pay the royalty

The fees have the following rates:
2% of the total amount of anything that makes over $500 per/in a month, up to $1000.
5% of the total amount of anything over $1000 per/in a month.

I know this sounds bad and I don't want to be rude, but Mick has specified both in her Wiki and FA page that she requests royalties from commercial projects that include something from the Vilous world; in this case sergals.

I will wait your answer. or you may directly ask/answer to Mick about this!

The full game will not contain the character of Ta'Lia if this is the case.
Her species and name will be altered.
The Steam Profile Background will remain, as will the PV -- as those do not generate income on their own.
The only thing generating income is the game, and there will be no Sergal present in the games files.
So, as the final game will not contain a Sergal, I do not owe Mick any royalties.

It's a shame they want royalties because this opportunity cost them a lot of potential exposure.
Steam has a user base of 75-million people.
It's a shame no one will get to see a Sergal represented because Mick wants money.
I will be removing the Sergal from the game. Good day. ^^

I also want you to send me a scanned copy or online link to a page showing that Mick holds a copyright\patent to the species.
I want to see legal documentation that these people paying Mick royalties need to do so by law.
Because as it stands you are demanding royalties from me without any proof they are deserved.
And that is illegal.
Please show me the requested documents within 24 hours.

As they do not wish to provide legal documentation
I will be making sure the fandom is aware
And yes there will be no Sergal in the video game

Hello,

This is a legal request and will be submitted to an archive of evidence regarding this subject.
Does Mick hold a legally binding copyright claiming ownership of the Sergal species?
Or do they have any sort of proof that royalties are owed by law (not just upon request?)
If so, such document or proof of ownership must be shown to me within 48 hours.
If no document can be shown, we will be placing the Sergal back into Major\Minor.
