  9. Greetings
  10. We are Anonymous
  11. Barber Middle School in Dickinson, Texas, you have our attention.
  12. "Well-nourished students have higher test scores, increased school attendance, improved concentration, and improved classroom behavior. Students, who are physically fit, sleep better and are better able to handle the physical and emotional challenges that they encounter during the day."
  13. Those words grace your website but recent events show you do not believe in them.
  14. Recent events have shown you value the almighty dollar, or in this case the almighty 30 cents, over the health and well-being of your students.
  15. A deficit of a mere 30 cents was all it took for you to cause a child to be humiliated and left hungry.
  16. A mere 30 cents is all it took to show your callousness to the students in your charge.
  17. A mere 30 cents is all it took for you gain the attention of Anonymous.
  18. Barber Middle School this is your only chance to right your wrong.
  19. We expect a public apology. Your actions against this student has gained media coverage so we feel the apology should be made just as public, and through the same channels.
  20. We also expect an account like the students’ pre-paid accounts be set up in the name of Dev Null, and funded from donations, so that another child never has to miss an meal over a mere 30 cents.
  21. This is not as difficult as it sounds. $50 in donations can help anywhere from 26 to 166 children from missing a meal.
  22. We as Humans need to start acting like Humans. We need to act with compassion instead of the callousness of a corporation putting price tags on every interaction.
  23. A school is where the needs of the student should be a priority so that they can achieve their highest potential not a place where they are left hungry and humiliated for not having a mere 30 cents.
  24. Let us remind you of your own words again.
  25. "Well-nourished students have higher test scores, increased school attendance, improved concentration, and improved classroom behavior. Students, who are physically fit, sleep better and are better able to handle the physical and emotional challenges that they encounter during the day."
  26. Barber Middle School, we will be watching to see if you make this right. If you don’t, Expect Us.
