He was sent due to court order to a military school for his 10th grade year of high school. There he learned loyalty, leadership, and hard work. After get out of the school he was sent back into the cruel world of high school, where he joined an JROTC program and began his time, working to become the best student he could. Even though his studies never made it above C's average, He excelled at the JROTC program, quickly become the Colonel of the whole county's school district. Here he was in charge of hundreds of children and their activities and studies within the JRTOC program. Once out of high school he immediately left for the military where he went in for Combat Engineer. He again, excelled at the Army's structure and style of living. He had finally found his place in this world, finding a blond hair, blue eyed beauty named Alex. They spent two years together as the Army paid for his school in Trades of mechanical and welding. The day finally came that Jason's unit was called to war in the middle east. So he left his comfort, schooling, love, and life in the states and took a flight to Iraq. While there he experienced combat almost every day as he was at an FOB(Forward Operating Base). He had gotten word that while his wife and parents were driving to meet her parents for Christmas, they were struck head on by a drunken driver in an 18 wheeler. None of the persons involved in the accident lived through the night, only his wife was evaded to the hospital to only die two hours later. Jason struggled with the fact that he now had no one to go back to. That is whole family and life were gone now. He began to have thoughts of suicide or dieing in battle. One day on a patrol his Humvee was struck by an I.E.D. Killing his driver and wounding him and the front seat passenger. He was shipped to Germany were he spent a year in recovery until he could finally use the shoulder supplied to him by the Army. He was medically discharged from the army and was sent home to the states were he was left alone with his wife's and parent's possessions. Jason began to fall into depression quickly and picked up drinking and smoking. The endless nights of memories of the war only fueled the addictions to escape reality. He finally fought enough through it to decide he was going to help someone again. He went to the police academy and became a local police officer where he worked, trying to make it to a S.W.A.T. unit.
