Basically I want to have new players be able to go to for example a /warp mine so that they can get money and sorda get a headstart. However I would like it so they only have access to this warp
for a certain amount of time. This is how Id like it to work.

Each new player that joins / server welcomes they will be given the permission

- blazed.warp.mine.(time)
after that time expires the permission is removed

simple as that!
