How to PM

Snoonet sets everyone to have user mode +R by default. This means that if you are an unregistered user, registered users will not see your PMs and vice versa. In order to fix this, there are a few options:

1) The unregistered user can register their nickname with Snoonet by following the instructions on this page: https://snoonet.org/anope#NickServ

2) The registered user can set their usermode to -R. If you are on Kiwi IRC, do this by writing /umode -R. If you are on another client, you can do this by writing /mode nickname -R.
