I'd also like to add minutes before we come back to rob Humour we tried to rob Wallace Lucifer Benito at that time of the shooting that is only a few minutes from when we returned to rob Humour he was running around again if he was AFK like he's claiming he was I'm sure he would've had the AFK symbol above his head.

I feel it's completely unfair that you're trying to make me bring more evidence when I've brought enough to support the evidence along with a Trial Administrator and Full Administrator that was there at the situation when it happened.

I feel Humour is trying to do anything to avoid this CK bring up a load of negative points if this was a criminal that was shot by a PD Officer he would've been CK'd for disregard to life, I as a criminal was doing my job trying to make a living then Humour just disregarded his life.

Claiming the IRL issue was important but clearly not important enough to not care about his "Virtual Assets" puts disbelief in the fact maybe he wasn't actually AFK why would you stay on for another thirty minutes for when you proclaim a IRL issue is more important it doesn't make theoretical sense.

(I know the timing looks extremely unlucky within this situation, but as you can see above, the time span at which DylanW took his weapon, and I started running to check if my garage was locked was less than four seconds. I think DylanW is basing the fact that I was purposely disregarding my character's life on the gun bind being pressed, which is one second later after my head got blown off.)
I am not basing the sole disregard from the fact your gun-bind was pressed I wouldn't have cared less if you had actually shot me due their being two other armed men I was out on the rob with, you blatantly disregarded by running off "Oh I was checking if my garage is locked" maybe, in fact, you were running there to barricade yourself inside the interior so you wouldn't have had the chance to be Robbed/Killed for disregard.

(Maybe it doesn't add together because you're not reading correctly. I ran towards the garage to make sure it was locked, because I wanted to log off for private matters, but simply didn't see your character standing anywhere around the property. The bind was hit as a result of the shots being heard, and was done instinctively to immediately protect the character from direct danger. It's really not that hard to follow.)

Due to failing to see my character that's your own personally doing and you've openly admitted here you ran towards your garage to check if it was locked? well that's openly admitting to disregard right there you've failed to stay aware of your surroundings that's no-one's fault apart from yours. You should've checked your surroundings before running and apparently need to log off but stayed on for another 30-45 minutes to check your "Virtual Assets".

You completely failed to follow this rule if you were "so called" AFK it's your own fault and you got shot for doing so all I suggest next time is be more aware of your surroundings and this wouldn't happen.
