Majora's Mask any% - 2013 banned glitches

Banned glitches and tricks (in order of appeareance):

- no Tatl text skip
- no 99r farming in cycle 1
- no Hidden Owl / Index Warp
- no ESS Dupe
- no Ocarina Items
- no Ledge Clip
- no "new" WF BK skip (from top; angle change is allowed though!)
- no Action Swap
- no "new" SH BK skip (from left side or fast version)
- no STT Sunblock Clip (at all!)
- no Deathwarp (especially for Light Arrows)
- no "new" STT BK skip (from boss door room; so do the Eyegore room hover, the chest hover or get Boss Key!)
