  2.
  3. For the dough
  4. 250 g milk, at room temperature
  5. 1 packet active dry yeast (9 g)
  6. 120 g granulated sugar
  7. 80 g butter
  8. 2 eggs, at room temperature
  9. 1 teaspoon salt
  10. 700 g flour for sweet breads or hard if you can't find sweat bread flour.
  11.
  12. After dissolving the yeast ans sugar in the milk add all the other ingredients and mix (either by hand or electric mixer) until and mixture in unified. Let the dough rise for 30-45 minutes then roll it out (always dust the work surface with flour if the dough is sticky) and prepare the filling
  13.
  14. For the filling
  15. 100 g butter, at room temperature
  16. 150 g soft dark brown sugar
  17. 20 g ground cinnamon
  18.
  19. Whisk that shit the spread it on your rolled out dough then roll it up into a log and cut it in 12 pieces. Transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment paper, cover with a towel let that shit rise for 30 minutes. Preheat your oven 180oC and bake them for 30 minutes (before you put them in the oven you can brush them with melted butter to make them extra moist) until golden brown. Let them cool and then eat them, adding caramel sauce on top of them is optional but that's how I do it. Here is the recipe for caramel sauce.
  20.
  21. 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  22. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  23. 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  24. pinch of salt
  25.
  26. Start putting all that shit in a bowl and mix the fuck out of them then put it in a microwave (800watt for 2 minutes), let it cool an apply or store in a jar. You can also bain-marie it if you don't have a microwave.
