I can imagine extra limbs, but separating my torso into a thorax and have my abdomen behind me? It doesn't make sense to my mind. I'd have to try it in a dream first and hope the dream helps me figure it out. ANTHROS HELP. The thorax can be translated into a tail, but that's actually cheating. Whatever. If there's legs and arms, I can associate the rest of the body in relation to those and the head.

But moth-person or mantis-man or bee-partisan or whatever have you, this can't be a tf I'd inflict on myself. It needs to be pushed onto me, maybe not forced because it's not really appealing to be teased as a bee, but like "Hey, you gotta go visit this city to get this thing that we need, but they only let fluffy bees in so here are your tf papers". So yeah, I'm the TF guy, everyone knows it, so I just have to do this thing because im the only one who can tolerate it, and it's in those circumstances I find these sorts of tfs the hottest, no matter what they look like.
