Sorry, things have been pretty busy over here so I haven't posted for a while (but have been following the threads).

Thanks to the 2chNinja, I can't post lengthy messages, so have to keep this short. Had a rant ready about the adverse effects of the Internet on attention spans (mainly mine), and on how synonyms can alter the tone of a sentence. It's pretty inconvenient being able to post the length of two SMS messages in English, since much more can be crammed in using Japanese.
