- Note: I don't know why i continue to post some of my dreams here. I suppose I just feel like sharing them to whomever sees it and clicks on the title. This particular dream is not pony related at all but damn if it isn't interesting to me.
- My dream was me and this homeless man. I lived in my own place and the man, starved and ragged, was needing a place to stay. He was extremely thin and may have been a drug addict but I helped him, despite the obvious evidence that I would probably be robbed or something worse. After I let him in tough, we talked and got to know each other instead.
- I learned he had been through some shit. Either an abusive home or some fucked up individual controlling him during a previous jail period. That when I learned that my homeless friend had horrific bodily harm. I learned because he showed me his scars.
- On his torso, there two diagonal scars, from the neck to under his arms, running over where is breasts should be. At his waist, similar scars ran over the sides of his hips. They cut so deep that I could the of his rib cage protruding through his flesh. He had been carved to suit a bizarre image by someone. However, that is not even telling wound.
- He had electrical switchboxes in his arms. On the underside of his right arm, in an eerily similar spot where my own scars run along my own limb, a hollow metal box was embeded into him. Inside, electric wires covered in black red coating protuded from one hole on a side to another on the other. In the middle of these cords, a light switch dangled, awaiting to flipped.
- I didn't touch it.
- I did take a picture of it though. I asked him and he allowed me to take pictures of his body. i wanted to draw him. It ws astounded but what I had seen but I found so fascinating. Through some morbid observation, I even labeled it as artwork. I realized how unfair it sounded, especially considering he was victim to some horrific mutilation so I tried to explain my thoughts in easing manner.
- He bore a wry grin; then the subject changed.
- ...that's all I remember at this point. The dream very vivid but this meeting is what stands out to me the most and, consequently, the only I honestly remember.
