  19. Gameplay
  20. - At this point we really don't know much at all, if it really is coming out in 2016 then that will change soon
  21. - The fake guns that are in, from a gameplay perspective we don't know anything other than it seems like we have two AoA's? One with regular weapons and one with guns
  22. - Personas are back as enemies but we have no idea if negotiation came back with them, they do have a personality and talk to you based on a screenshot of an AoA screen
  23. - Social links are coming back revamped, but we have no idea how
  24. - Dungeons and actual level design are back, but there will be some sort of random element to the dungeons in the game, we don't know the extent of this
  25. - Some people believe that your first persona will play a bigger role in the game than others in the past based on a speech in PV02 even though it's kind of the same as the others, take that as you will
  26. - The game took a very big delay for "tuning up the gameplay to meet fan expectations"
  27.
  28. World of Persona 5
  29. - The story of P5 will be, as Atlus puts it, a "picaresque romance"
  30. - Unlike Persona 3 and Persona 4, Persona 5‘s story is designed to be like an “omnibus,” with no one specific enemy or criminal that the team chases after. Like a serial drama TV show, the Phantom Thieves change the targets they chase regularly.
  31. - A fundamental part of the story is the mystery behind a phone application called “Isekainabi” (“Otherworldnavi” or “Parallel World Navigation”). Using this app, the main characters discover the location of their targets and are able to infiltrate the other world known as “Palace” to steal the hearts of “rotten people.”
  32. - Unlike the protagonists and their friends in Persona 3 and Persona 4 who become directly involved together to solve a specific incident, the cast of Persona 5 are involved with social reformation and atonement.
  33. - “Palace” is the other world which is responsible for settings such as an old castle, pyramids, an art gallery, and more. These locations are fundamentally tied to Persona 5‘s background.
  34. - The protagonist and his friends are troubled, and there is a part of them that feels they have lost their way. Because of this, they devote themselves to using the “Isekinabi” app suddenly granted to them in order to help others.
  35. - The game starts in Shibuya (where the coffee shop Potter starts living in)
  36. - The reason the stage is set in Tokyo is so they can push the idea of having an amazing phantom thief drama play out in the world we know.
  37. - In this game, you can go to various places, with a focus on the metropolitan area. There are places where you can walk through the field and meet others as well as facilities you can use, but there are also places that become available as you form more relationships with others as well as places that you’ll visit for events.
  38. - The school you go too is called Shujin high school
  39.
