Peaks is a thin, scrawny man, with thick glasses and poorly-trimmed hair. He wears a blue overcoat over a grey turtleneck sweater and a pair of black slacks. His eyes are brown, as is his hair, which reaches down to his shoulders. His face is lined, not with age, but like the seams of a quilt. In addition, his fingers often 'click' when he moves them, as though they aren't entirely natural. He has a data-jack located beneath his left ear.
