In my opinion choosing RaneMoro as a moderator wasn't been a good choice. He is too hothead for this job, especially today's case just confirm my suspicion.
After short exchange of words i get a warn (3 days after incident, good reflex) for nearly 8 months. I not saint and i know it, but 8 months it's too much for incident like this. As i seen forum moderators first give word warning, in topic, and later give "honest prize" for being too active (In negative meaning). This time i received a warning point without any public and nonpublic warn. And few days after incident, when everybody forgot what happen.
Since he join moderators i had bad feelings about this, especially after little exchange of words at 8 november 2017, just 5 days before he joins moderation team.

Short explain, after give user Bandero reputation point Confused RaneMoro write this status on my topic, because i gave somebody's that reputation point. What a nonsense.
Immediately he call me "Toxic" and on later messages (On my public board, i remind you) he told that i doing mess in his notifications... because i replying for his status on my board. That's not enough, at the end he told "a wise man would ignore it". Yes, a wise man would ignore status that written by RaneMoro on my public board. After my question "What ignored? A status that you written?" he answer me "I think he finally understood what he did".
And finally my summary:
- I gave "confused" reputation point to user Bandero
- Some "RaneMoro", on his own volition, written on my public board about the point I gave to another user.
- He have some problem to me because in his opinion im doing mess in his notifications, answering him on his status
- He said that a wise man would ignore this status, (in my opinion) considers himself wise, because he would ignore the status of being the author

Of course he hadn't any consequences due provocation, lying and typing rubbish about me and reputation point that i gave another user.
And after it, you accept him to moderation team. And he didn't give himself warning points, of course.

One single request. Remove him from the team before he shames the Polish moderation team or worse.
My warn could stay, as a monument of your biggest mistake of polish moderation team (Bigger than H&V Mattz with "extreme inactivity")
