  4. 1. Put 6 eggs into boiling water with a lot of salt.
  5. 2. At just 6 minutes, take them out and soak them in cold water for several minutes.
  6. 3. Be careful while peeling!!! Very!!! Careful!!!
  7. 4. In a ziploc bag, put:
  8. - 70 ml of soy sauce
  9. - 40 ml mirin
  10. - 30 ml sake
  11. - 2 tablespoons of sugar
  12. 5. Dump eggs into ziplog bag, fridge for 24 hours.
  13. 6. YOU DONE IT
