- 1. Put 6 eggs into boiling water with a lot of salt.
- 2. At just 6 minutes, take them out and soak them in cold water for several minutes.
- 3. Be careful while peeling!!! Very!!! Careful!!!
- 4. In a ziploc bag, put:
- - 70 ml of soy sauce
- - 40 ml mirin
- - 30 ml sake
- - 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 5. Dump eggs into ziplog bag, fridge for 24 hours.
- 6. YOU DONE IT
