Things can be derailed, keep 'em on track, they wanna move quietly but tend to get derailed. Concrete plan will keep them focused! Growing rapidly though, new stuff *can* come up, flexibility desired. Still competing with not-Salesforce, bear that in mind. We're expensive, but we're not screwing around you.
