|EGS| RedWill: I was looking in a couple different communities, and the best setup that I've seen is having people apply for staff positions that they want and flags that they want
|EGS| RedWill: i.e. some people may only want the PAC flag, W, so they post an application for the W flag
|EGS| RedWill: community advocates, bam, done.

DIABLO258: Well then next time think before being smartass-y to someone you consider your boss. Not all of them will be tight niched like IRL ones. Sometimes people other than yourself have bad days and feel a bit bothered, so when you show up and start asking things, posting links and such, interupting the story I am reading, I feel like a smartass too. And a smart ass who is in control, is a dangerous smart ass.

|EGS| RedWill: I understand that there are a lot of people that will kiss the ground you walk on to administrate your community, Diablo. I am not one of those people. I am happy to administrate your community because I do enjoy the roleplay, but I have no qualms about leaving if shit like this happens *all the time*. There are very few people who can put in this level of effort or provide this level of content to a community. I understand that you would rather control all areas, I get it, I am a perfectionist in many things as well. However, I'm not going to sit around and attempt to resolve all of our arguments in order to keep the server running. It simply does not matter that much to me. If you want to shut down this promising, growing community, that's your call. If you'd like me gone, again, your call. I'm not going to bring any harm to your server or to your control panel. I would love to stay here, but again, not like this. I simply put too much effort and dedication into the well-being of this server for you to treat me the way that you do.
|EGS| RedWill: The feeling of authority is amazing, Diablo, believe me, I know. I know that it feels great to hear someone give you shit and be able to completely and totally shut them down. However, this isn't work for me. This is me doing what I love. I can find this in other places just like I have found it here, and believe me, if you shut down, I will. It's completely fine by me if you don't want to run the community anymore, or if you do albeit without me.

I never asked you to do this, you're going on your own will here, I lost interest months ago, but I will provide what is needed for those who want it. DIABLO258: You should know that I don't have a power complex. I gave nearly everything to you. I simply retain the last of the power because, well, I always do what the majority wants. I can't be sure if someone else will do the same, but with someone like me at the top, well, TC lasted longer than all of its elders, combined.

|EGS| RedWill: If that's what you'd like to justify yourself with, that's fine. Vehemently disagreeing with the whole community involvement in staff apps shows the contrary. Most of what I see seems to only serve your vision of what the server would be, without you having to run it.
