- woodfall owl, put on deku mask, fly to fountain, enter fountain, gain control, take off deku mask = 28s
- 3 rolls, backflip onto ledge after targeting wall, c-up, drop bomb, turn zora, climb up pillar = 15.5s
- exit fountain = 26s

20 + 28 + 15.5 + 26 = 89.5s

- roll from step of smithy to entrance of termina (roll to first loading zone, ESS roll, stop, slow roll for spike roll, dodge tektite, spike roll to termina) = 26.35s
- take off goron mask, c-up, recoil through ice using ice as damage, failed first try, got 2nd try, roll to snow, slow roll in snow to spike roll over gap, enter nct, get control = 26s
- get in front of fountain, take off goron mask = 5.71s

26 + 26 + 6 = 58s... could have been faster

saves maybe 30-35s to roll to ct if you already have great spin and if you're in mv anyway to deposit/withdraw sword
