- How do I host a draft?
- Create a room toggling the [options](link to Draft options), and either wait for people to join or copy the URL and send it to them.
- Draft Options:
- Number of players: How many players (including bots) will be drafting.
- Make room private: If ticked on, people will only be able to access the room directly by clicking a link. If not, the room will show up on the homepage, and anyone will be able to join.
- Game types: Draft - Choose any 3 sets, each player will open one pack of these, choose one card, and then pass it to the next player, until there are no cards left. Then each player builds a 40+ card deck from the cards they drafted and any number of basic lands.
- Sealed - Choose any 6 sets. Each player will be given one pack of these, and build a 40+ card deck from them and any number of basic lands.
- Cube Draft/Sealed - Works the same way as normal draft/sealed, but instead of using set packs, players get 15 random cards from a list of cards (which is input when the room is created)
- Chaos - Works the same way as Draft, but each booster pack is randomly selected. (24 different sets total)
- Room options:
- Host only:
- Bots: if ticked on any missing players will be replaced by bots that pick cards automatically.
- Timer: Choose how much time players will have to choose a card from each pack.
- Fast: These are the set of times as included in the official Magic Tournament Rules, which are suggested for all tournaments and enforced at higher levels of competitive Magic.
- blah blah table
- Slow: These are the set of times as used by Magic Online, the official client for playing magic online by Wizards of The Coast.
- blah blah table
- Moderate: This is a compromise between the two.
