PAST EXPERIENCES INVOLVING MODERATION/ADMINISTRATION IN GAME OF THRONES:Moderator for game of thrones to freddie once, moderator for this genre during the early stages before release, and tournament/battleground moderator for bakers multiple times

PAST EXPERIENCES INVOLVING MODERATION/ADMINISTRATION OUT OF GAME OF THRONES:Moderator of OPO:B, Moderator of Magical Pirates, admin and moderator for multiple much smaller games

PAST EXPERIENCES IN GAME OF THRONES DISCLUDING MODERATION/ADMINISTRATION:I have been in bakers genre for around three years now, Briefly joined a smaller genre after bakers sold to FireFume and have been with the Winter is Coming genre since it was first announced

WHAT PROBLEMS YOU SEEK TO ADDRESS INSIDE THE MODERATION TEAM:Inactivity,Harrasment, Corruption

WHAT PROBLEMS YOU SEEK TO ADDRESS OUTSIDE OF THE MODERATION TEAM:Inactivity,Genre getting stale,reputation of genre

GENERAL OPINION ON HOW THE MODERATION TEAM SHOULD FUNCTION IN THE GENRE:The moderation team should be the front line against the problems in the community such as exploiters, "trollers", and general issues that may arise before the higher ups (Administrastors) have to adress the problem

GENERAL OPINION ON THE MAIN DUTIES OF YOU AS A MODERATOR:To stay active in the genre and kl to make sure everything stays calm as a community while at the same time making sure people dont feel the genre is stale or inactive

WHAT YOU BELIEVE TO BE THE EXTENT OF YOUR POWER:A temp ban should be the highest command available to avoid a moderator becoming corrupt, a kick or ban command wouldnt be neccesary for a moderator though In most genres administrators become more invested in larger issues rather than a small scale exploiter, someone rk'ing around the keep and ect to let the moderators deal with such issues
The furthest a moderator should influence the community should not involve the personal relations they have with higher ranks but rather the public opinion of them and the ingame role they hold with in the genre (tywin,cersei,arya, ect).

WHO YOU BELIEVE TO HAVE AUTHORITY OVER MODERATORS: The administrators,developers, and owners should have the absolute power of the moderator though the public should be able to influence the actions of a moderator to keep them from only punishing enemies of friends, giving out custom tools, and general corruptness much like what happened with Freddies moderators. When the majority of the public in the genre believes a moderator to be corrupt action should be taken by higher ranks to remove the person from power or atleast fix the public issues.

Activity-I have a clear schedule through the work and am free most hours of the day so I am able to play and help the genre for all the time, I go on vacation once a year for two weeks, but have access to internet when I do so I am still partially active when this happens, I am also a huge GoT nerd so I enjoy playing in kl which helps keep me active
Loyalty-I have been with mitch (bakers) since I started playing roblox, and have only left his genre once which was at the same time that he sold it to FireFume and I rejoined when the genre was taking over once again by mitch. I was told of the Winter Is Coming project as it was in its earliest stages and have been excitedly following its progress anxiously awaiting the release, I was given the rank of moderator quite early with a few others (which is now removed obviously). I have no plans anytime soon to leave bakers adventures with GoT.
Sense of humour-I am probably least qualified to talk about this quality seeing as when I joined the genre, I would only wear red hair and called myself the "Princess of Pain", had plenty of gross edgy torture roleplays and acted like a robot in the way I presented myself with no emotions because thats how I thought a proper "rp" should be, As I have progressed I can see the cringe factor in my previous actions (actual messages sent by me as an example: https://gyazo.com/919f8b8a1ef45cf69077aef9a19feb65 https://gyazo.com/ab8b3c579a4c8718ef76dc4de9234de0  https://gyazo.com/56deb933f9dce9e5327f8d3fa1143cff  https://gyazo.com/b4ca34c8f6e89256967265f9878957cd) and those are just a few to show as an example, thankfully I have moved on and now quite dislike the people who would act like me previously. I dont enjoy those who act like they cant appreciate a joke, or constantly have to stay in "xXReaperPrinceOfD00M9xX" mode nonstop
