- The Central European Defence Organisation
- The signatory states of this treaty agree to recognize the danger posed by the Soviet Union upon all Eastern European states, as shown by the unprovoked invasion of Romania. In order to uphold their sovereignty and territorial integrity the states signed below agree to:
- 1) Enter a mutually defensive alliance, and all promise to uphold their obligations and declare war upon any aggressor that invades any member of the Defence Organisation.
- 2) Co-operate economically and militarily in the times of war, so that national goals are overridden and instead a common goal of defeating the foe is achieved.
- 3) Uphold traditional ideologies so that the radical ideas of Bolshevism and Communism are not allowed to spread amongst their society.
- In addition, the State of Poland, possessing the largest military of the organisation, agrees to station three infantry divisions in both Latvia and Estonia and provide training to the local armies.
