Non Meta

These are my "Non-Meta" Rules

1. No Pokemon in Top 30 Usage According to - https://www.pikalytics.com/pokedex/homebss
2. Must Reach Top 1000 w/ at least 100 Battles
3. Grandfather Clause - If the Pokemon on my team was not top 50 for the season I added them, they can stay on my team, UNTIL next season. If they become top 50 in a new season, they must be removed.
