ARTICLE I (LOL)
These rules are serious business.
I. THE PATRIOTIC NIGRAS

A.    Intended Purpose
1. The Patriotic Nigras (PN) are a group of people intent to cause mischief.
B. Userbase
1. The primary source of these members is *chan sites and Second Life
a. Members from *chan sites and internet groups are typically known trolls.
i. Recruiting on chan sites is encouraged, regardless of whether their rules allow it. Do not use this rule as an excuse to spam and degrade a chan.
ii. You should encourage other members to post recruiting
b. Those which are not known trolls are probably newfags.
i. Newfags are unavoidable. They can be trained, and help may be offered freely by any willing member.
ii. Attitude training to discourage bad internet habits such as excessive emoticons and punctuation (!!!!!!1) should be included as a primary service.
iii. Tutorials for any related subject must be created or maintained, including how to use SL, how to evade all types of ban, how to build and use weapons, etc. and topics outside SL.
iv. Newfags shall only be banned if they are unbearable or hopeless. Other members may determine when this point has been reached.
c. Members from Second Life are probably trollshielding idiots.
i. Those who are not trollshielding idiots are either gold standard or lazy.
ii. Possibly both.

2. The traits of a typical user
a. Nigras, by nature of the standard troll, are themselves difficult to troll.
ii. Trolls are able to counter arguments with common sense and the bending of reasoning.
b. Nigras should be able to interrupt the otherwise normal day of targets.
c. Trolls, in general, should be able to compose a strawman argument/personality.
d. Trolls must be able to refrain from anger, lest they fall prey to it.
i. A nigra is of no use if he is easily angered and commonly types in ALLCAPS.

C.    Operations
1. Raiding is to be performed in SL and any other relevant games.
a. Raiding in SL shall primarily be limited to trolling and lag-gaming.
b. Crashing is not our goal, it is a last resort. Although that is the prerogative of the individual.
2. Recruiting is to extend to any site which has potential members.
a. *chan sites, primarily. Users must still be screened as not all will be suitable.
b. Other sites may need to be approached in a different way. Discretion is advised.
c. Members who identify as being in groups associated with 'faggotry' will not be allowed.
i. This is effectively "Don't ask, don't tell" as we cannot confirm what is not told.

D.    Development
1.    Second Life Viewers
a.    ShoopedLife is defunct.
b.    ThugLyfe is on ice until Soviet finishes it. (Indefinitely postponed)
c.    Other viewers, such as GankedLife, PhoenixKing, Darkstorm, and Incognito may be used to avoid hardware bans. These browsers originate from kinggoon's copybot forum/sekrit clubhouse and have a built-in copybot tool.
ii.    PhoenixKing & Incognito: Both of these viewers are based on the Phoenix viewer which in turn, is based on snowgloab. They are interchangable and offer hardware ban evasion and copybot tools. They also come with a neat little feature that lets you disassemble objects made from 256 prims or less into the individual prims they were made from. The downside to these viewers is the slow rendering and lag.
iii.    Darkstorm: A hacked viewer based on the Firestorm viewer. It offers hardware ban evasion and copybot tools. Unlike the Phoenix based browsers, Darkstorm has quicker rendering and less lag.
2.    Linden Scripting Language (LSL)
