The Kiel Foundation is Howard Kiel’s, Colorado real estate and medical tycoon, private parahuman team. They act almost as a charity, traveling from problem to problem in the state of Colorado and trying to fix it.

Xolla
Master 4, Brute 4
Summons a bear-like minion that can be worn as armor.
Xolla is popular among the cape fans of the Front Range. She’s kind and generous, and seems to have her priorities in order. She’s the leader of the capes of the Kiel Foundation, but still answers to the unpowered management.

Gearcog
Tinker 6, Trump 3
Tinkerings include heat rays, a powersuit, radiation blockers, and power blockers.
Gearcog is also well-loved, although not by the same crowd. His costume and general demeanor are calculated to show off his musculature. Even his powersuit has skin-tight fabric portions over his abs and biceps. His fans are primarily women, for obvious reasons.

Lolly
Changer 7
Grows wings, claws, tails, and more.
Lolly hasn’t really been in the public eye very much. Whenever the team appears in media, the other three, especially Xolla and Gearcog, overshadow her. In fights, though, she shines, adapting quickly to new developments and often leading the team in any physical conflicts.

Forte
Brute 6
Strong and tough.
Forte is an English expatriate. She’s stiff and cold in fan interactions, but she’s an effective member of the team.
