I know we're all crusty DP guys so I expect to get crap about who I moved up, but you guys undervalued a lot of great players. Loki has a case for tier 1, but if you're going to include Pana / goof in this tier then I think it would be unfair to not add in the guys I added here. Atticus was one of the best players in late DPP if we are talking strictly skill, but he also created a lot of teams that became archetypes for the tier later on. (Think DD ChestoRest Kingdra offense teams, Azelf/Flygon/Scizor type teams). Bloo literally dominated BW1, I barely remember him losing to anyone ever, I have no clue why he wasn't included in the entire list to begin with. "McMeghan is the Earthworm of BW2" as people like to compare so I'm not sure why he wasn't considered for 1.5 after he's dominated BW2 in nearly every tier. Oh also, I guess you guys just forgot VIL.

First off I'll say that I would have liked to move more people up to "1.5", but I decided that it would probably just end up being "tier 2" and this becoming tier "2.5". I added some people that you guys probably have just forgotten. I don't think there will be any real complaints with who I added either. I also deleted 2.25, because DL was good enough to be in Tier 2 and having a 2 person tier is dumb. I think there are even some people in Tier 2.5 who probably could have been considered "the bottom of the barrel in Tier 2", but I didn't want to mess with the collab's placing too much.

This is an odd group to be honest, because it's always hard placing people who are on the fringe between two major groups. I moved up Stone_Cold/Flashstorm1/LD , because if anyone was around during the peak of DP they wouldn't put them in tier 3 come on. Same thing goes for playa, but he peaked around late DPP / Early BW. Chaser, IFM and Eaglesrock have all gone around 10-1 (or close to it i forget if eaglesrock/IFM weren't 9-1) in SPL and have been good in wcops/ladder so they get a nod here. I added a couple more guys who I think people just again, left out for any reason.
