To install X-Link, attach to DCPU with the power off. Power on DCPU.

Warning!  Device contains unstable elements.  Attempting to operate outside specified bands may cause erratic and unpredictable behavior.  Device may malfunction or pose a safety hazard in this state.  Attached DCPUs may also be affected.

Timing is achieved via the vibration of the Orbidium crystal, which is phase-stable across the entire universe.

INTERRUPTS
Where A equals:
0x0 - Reset device.
0x1 - Set band to B.  IT IS REQUIRED TO SET B BETWEEN 455 AND 8955!
0x2 - Memory map the receive queue to the location specified by B
0x3 - Memory map the send queue to the location specified by B
0x4 - Set the interrupt message to B and enable interrupts.  (If 0, disable interrupts)
0x5 - Request the status of the device to be returned in the C regist
