- Kirito has figured everything out somehow. He clearly came up with the idea that there are two Death Guns after staring at Sinon’s ass (I counted 7 shots of that btw, nearly doubling our count to 16). It is pretty much confirmed that Death Gun needs to do some setup before getting to the killing, but seriously, what are the odds that all of his victims live alone in apartments with shitty security? I had a tough time with that. I also had a tough time with all this stuff about Death Gun’s name. Kirito thinks that finding out what it is matters for some reason, but in this very episode Kikuoka said that it wouldn’t help them find him. Continuing with Kikuoka’s involvement in this episode, it’s 100% confirmed now that Kirito hasn’t been communicating with him (or anyone, for that matter), and somehow that makes him a stand up guy in the eyes of the irrelevant harem, which gets info dumped on everything that’s happening even though they haven’t influenced this arc in the slightest. Also, Kikuoka forgot that GGO’s Japanese servers are in Japan and run by Japanese because he says it would be too hard to deal with GGO’s owners on the Death Gun situation. Then we get a pointless closing scene with Sinon and Kirito until it starts to matter when they come up with a plan to draw out Death Gun for a final confrontation.
