Backstory/personality/etc:

Lena Koller is a young woman, and a younger vampire, determined to attain the power she thinks she deserves, both for her abilities and for her blood. Lena is the granddaughter of the daughter of the Habsburg line, forced into exile in the wake of the Treaty of Versailles and the rise of National Socialism. While her direct line has not suffered so much in this life, Lena feels that she deserves ever more power and prestige, and has done so for much of her life. This was a big draw for her future Sire, a vampire named Pascal Bourbonne. Pascal himself claims to be a member of the deposed French royal family, the Bourbons, and also claims to be four hundred years old. Neither of these things are provable by anyone, and few take him at his word, but when he overheard Lena's claim one night, he knew that she was to be his childe. After obtaining permission from the Invictus and the Prince to Embrace her, he did so and she became a child of the night. While she was initially terrified at the thought of being a beast of the night, she soon understood the power and (potential) immortality that were hers for the taking, and took quickly to her new unlife.

Lena owns a small biergarten named Der Biergarten on the edge of Pascal's territory, as a sort of proto-fief of her own. Pascal thought the best way for her to learn the skills necessary to thrive in the Invictus was to give her a section of territory for her own, as well as the money for a business, and turn her loose to see how she does. Der Biergarten is still growing, but is moderately successful so far, and Lena lives in an attached studio apartment. Managing her business is her ghoul and retainer, Natasha Morrison. Natasha was an acquaintance of Lena's prior to her transformation, and became her ghoul at Pascal's insistence that she have a retainer to manage her business during the day. Natasha is somewhat competent at her job, but nothing too special just yet.
