  1. OK, my attempt at a timeline:
  2. Now: Start clearance, announce the op in comms (public and faction).
  3. Blue hotspots are around The Bicycle Shop, the Cathedral, John Cromes House, Catton, the P8 chain by Roti Restaurant.
  4. Green hotspots are the UEA, Eaton Park, King Street, Unthank Road, the top of St Giles, Jenny Lind Gateway, and Heartsease.
  5.
  6. 6pm: Concerted effort at cleaning the remaining blockers. They don't all need to be gone by 7pm, but some do: Keswick; Roundwell Monument OR Low Ebb; Costessey Village Sign; Catton to Litcham; UEA; Helios OR In Memory of Jackie O'Neill
  7.
  8. Before 7pm: An ENL and a RES go to Marriots Way and set up the portals there, then head to Hethersett. Aim to be at the first Hethersett portal for 7pm.
  9. The linkers should go to the UEA and set the portals up ready to link.
  10.
  11. 7pm: Kickoff time. The RES at Hethersett links Hethersett Town Sign to Wensum Valley Marriots Way. Then the RES at UEA makes their way along the portal chain, linking them to the two anchors in order. While they do that, the pair at Hethersett can move along to the other 3 portals, setting them up and putting the backbone links in. If any of the portals are the right colour but have links, break then rebuild.
  12.
  13. 9pm: Checkpoint. 2 hours should be enough time, hopefully. Even if it's not, there should still be a significant number of fields up.
