Your case has been reviewed, and we regret to inform you that the actions taken on this account were applied accurately with regard to our policies. The account was found to have used prohibited third-party software which is a violation of the Battle.net Terms of Use. To protect the integrity of our investigation process, we will not disclose any information about our investigation methods or findings, and will make no exceptions to this policy.

Please refer to the Battle.net Terms of Use (http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/about/termsofuse.html), specifically Section 2 which states that you will not "...use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Service, any Game or any Game experience;" You are also encouraged to review our in-game policies (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/sc2policies) which clearly outline our stance on 3rd Party Programs.

As a result of this extensive investigation and the negative behavior on this account, the decision has been made to uphold the action taken against the account. This action has been reviewed thoroughly and will not be reversed under any circumstances.
