Freshman Application Checklist – REQUIRED
Required Documents for the Freshman Application must be received in our office (not postmarked) by the closing date and include:

    A completed ApplyTexas Application (be sure to hit the submit button)
    Essay Topics A and B (Essay C is also recommended for applicants who do not qualify for top 10 percent or automatic academic admission)
    A nonrefundable processing fee or fee waiver
    An official high school transcript with class rank and graduation plan (schools that are non-ranking should clearly state that on the transcript)
    SAT or ACT scores sent directly by the testing agency (high school transcripts may not include test information)
    A copy of Permanent Resident Card or I551 or Affidavit of Intent to become a Permanent Resident (if applicable)
    Proof of Vaccination against Bacterial Meningitis
