<Saff|GM> Phil is woken up by some kind of weird ass siren. He's never heard anything like it before in his life... but it's weird. It sounds a little like the tornado siren he heard in some movie, but... why would there be a tornado in the middle of winter? ||
<CG|Index> Phil jerks up the way he would if his alarm to wake up for school had just gone off. That is with drool hanging out of the corner of his mouth, sleep in the corner of his eyes, and his hand outreached for a snooze button or something. Finding none, he blearily scans the dark room. He's gotta turn on the lights and find out why this sound is happening because it sounds, almost worrying.

<Saff|GM> The lights go on, but there's still no reason for an alarm to be going off. No fire, no phone... No one breaking into the house... His phone is sitting on his nightstand, however. ||
<CG|Index> The phone, it'll probably be able to tell him what this is. It doesn't seem like it's coming from in his house. Phil rubs his eyes, as he reaches for the phone, and then teeters out of bed.
<CG|Index> He checkes it as he walks over to the nearest window to peer outside.

<Saff|GM> It's weird outside. No one's out, not even his neighbors who always seem to be taking their dog out to piss when he gets up. However, his phone /is/ helpful. After scrolling past several messages from Maddy and Clair asking if he's okay, his phone displays an alert.
<Saff|GM> "HARMFUL BIOHAZARDOUS FOG DETECTED IN NORWALK. ALL CIVILIANS ARE INSTRUCTED TO REMAIN INDOORS. PRT DIRECTOR HARTMANN HAS ISSUED AN ALL CALL FOR CAPES IN THE AREA."
