  2. The direction and performance of our company depends upon the feedback of the team members. Our goal is to ensure that we understand the needs of our group and how they feel about our operations. By evaluating the company as a whole we can gain a better understanding of the areas in which the company excels and areas that need improvement.
  3. When progressing through the evaluation please rate your feelings on a scale of 1 to 10. Think of 1 as low or needing massive improvement and 10 as high or good. Additional comments or examples of why you feel the way you do are important so please provide them if you can.

  26. How well do you feel you understand the coordination of your team?
  27. How well do you feel you understand the direction of the company?
