So let's go beyond knowing and killing, because there is another factor relevant to real life.

Let's say the game is social dominance, the rules are get rich respecting the laws of commerce. 1% of the 7 billion on earth hold 95% of the wealth. And 99% of people will tell you games are fun. So what that tells you about losing? Losing is fun. It is fun like sex. People don't want to win on the long term. People want to reproduce their current level. Actually, it becomes socially banned to win. It is the rush of AAAAAAAAAALmost winning that is liked. And the justification that there will be a bigger fish. The ideal guy is the one that wants a fun game before winning, and everybody gets it. Being alive has this price, let's call it a curse and a blessing, the price of starting with a reproduction instinct. Curse because it prevents losers from winning, they want the average game, so they don't play it until then. When given a harder game, they go 'why' 'i just want to have fun'. Anyway, fucking losers, blessing because it keeps winners and higher losers from KILLING lower players. Their instinct go like 'Why' 'Let's give them more time' 'I would like more time for training if I was a beginner, so that is what I will give them until then'. When higher losers are tired, they will be kings and tell plebeians to work harder, in hope of breeding kings out of uncomfortable pressure.

The first question that comes to mind is this, let's say there is this hypothetical planet where most, the 99%, are equally and very rich, and 1% are poor. The rich will feed the poor until it reaches the natural 99% poor and 1% rich. They give the poor jobs, laws, and even free prizes. They give them freedom by instinct. He fights, if you call him, with love, or understanding, so that you become Him. He may let you die, so that in the future your memories will be given back, and you will find his Way. Thus the Winner is on the Best position for having fun, I mean, reproducing.
