Our company, iMobile LLC is one of successful and quickly developing IT service providers in the USA. Our services include, but are not limited to website coding and design, app and software development, system administration and SEO. We are young and ambitious, which is why we are currently entering European markets and are looking for people, who would help represent our brand locally.

Here's a brief outline of what Regional Managers are responsible for:

- Becoming the main contact point for our clients in EU;
- Assisting web developer teams with client orders;
- Assisting clients with organizational and billing procedures;
- Providing feedback to web developers on client orders;
- Monitoring and answering client requests;
- Maintaining order records, submitting regular reports.

Regional Managers are NOT responsible for:

- Searching for new clients: this is a task for our sales managers, you will be working with existing clients only.
- Programming or designing for web: this is a task for our technical staff, your mission is client support and management.

As a Regional Manager with iMobile you can expect:

1) Convenient work environment and schedule

You can work from home or any location you want as long as you're online and have a laptop with a web browser and basic Office programs. You don't have to buy any special software or equipment: your performance will be tracked online, at our corporate server. Plus, we offer part-time and full-time shifts: choose between 4 to 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. All Regional Managers are assigned to supervisors based in the US, who will provide them with the initial training and general support.

2) Decent pay and bonuses

Your starting base salary will be 2950 EUR per month, plus you will receive a commission in the amount of 5 percent of the total budget of each order made by the clients you support. You can add up to +50 percent of your base pay, if you work with 2-3 clients per month and provide excellent service to them. All Regional Managers undergo evaluation procedures every 6 months: based on their supervisors' reports and client satisfaction rates you can get a salary raise or a one-time increased bonus.

3) Career development opportunities

One of our goals for the next year is opening a local office of iMobile in one of European countries. Of course, we will need the right person to manage it. If you are dedicated to make a career in an international IT company and are willing to grow as a professional and learn a lot, a Regional Manager position would be a great start and a perfect opportunity to prove yourself.
