Contested Ban

Hello Admins,

I am contacting you today in regards to a bizarre and very random and unfair ban that has been placed on me. Recently no more than 20 minutes ago. I had recently purchased credits for the 2v2 Amateur 09-01 Tournament. After the bracket was up I was shortly interrupted by PSN: Astroorion_ .

He told me to come onto Live Support as I cannot play this tournament, this was a surprise because there should be no reason as to why I cannot play this tournament. The Live Support logs are in URL 1 and 2.

I honestly feel that TJ has been very unfair and unco-operative in this situation. I was only told that I had won a trophy before which is infact not true and I was also told that I will be banned immediately however no proof was provided at all and I am very angry because I have spent lots of money on my account and also for the credits only to be told that not only will I not be able to play but also that I will be banned aswell. I am contesting the ban as I can safely say I am not in the wrong. I feel like I was badly treated in the Live Support chat especially when TJ disconnected without giving evidence to his claim and I spend too much money on this site to be treated like this. Please can you have another look at this ban claim,

Hello Admins,

What exactly are you talking about? I have not been banned for evading a ban. You have banned me for "Evading a non-amateur account to participate in an amateur-only Tournament" I ask that you please look into this closely as there is some misunderstanding. Also please do not close the ticket down once you have responded as I would still like to get in touch with you. Can you please review my ban as I feel it is wrong and I dont deserve it.
