- Can anyone help with this case: 62 year old female diagnosed with TCC of
- kidney and ureter as well as lymph involvement. Will be starting
- gemcitabine once a week 3 weeks on and 1 week off and cisplatin 1 time
- per cycle. Also on dexamethasone and various drugs for chemo side
- effects. Kidney was removed 3 weeks ago. She was born with some sort of
- kidney/ureter obstruction and diverticula, the obstruction was corrected
- at age 7 but the diverticula was left.
- Her eGFR is >60 and her glucose is 103mg/dL. WBC, platelets and
- lymphocytes are elevated. RBC, Hgb, Hct are low.
- Would I do anything different in this case than a RCC case? I would
- appreciate any insights.

- Sherry, can you please explain abbreviations before using them? I do not know what TCC or TCC mean.
