Can anyone help with this case: 62 year old female diagnosed with TCC of
kidney and ureter as well as lymph involvement. Will be starting
gemcitabine once a week 3 weeks on and 1 week off and cisplatin 1 time
per cycle. Also on dexamethasone and various drugs for chemo side
effects. Kidney was removed 3 weeks ago. She was born with some sort of
kidney/ureter obstruction and diverticula, the obstruction was corrected
at age 7 but the diverticula was left.
Her eGFR is >60 and her glucose is 103mg/dL. WBC, platelets and
lymphocytes are elevated. RBC, Hgb, Hct are low.

Would I do anything different in this case than a RCC case? I would
appreciate any insights.

Sherry, can you please explain abbreviations before using them? I do not know what TCC or TCC mean.
