There isn’t one

Rather, there won’t be any mission style sessions anymore. Instead, what you have is a list of issues plaguing the Leech’s Quarter, preventing them from uniting their will to help the cause. As these issues persist, the Leech’s Quarter will continue to be plagued to the core. You are free to address these issues however you wish, in any order you want, following leads as you see fit. You do not have to stick to one issue until it is finished, you can switch to another if you think it would be better for the time.
The issues to address, your “missions”, are thus:

-A gang war in the city that has been ongoing for some time. One side of the war has been going through some rather extreme methods to try and gain dominance.
-Aside from the gang war, something else has been causing the locals terror—some have claimed missing people, while others claim to see dark figures moving in the shadows of the undercity.
-More and more, the hopeless are throwing their lives away at the underground casinos, with predictable results. The casinos now loom over the undercity with one of the greatest threats of all-debt.
-And a personal request from Wolfgang: the Android Duo has had to keep a low profile, but rumor has it, they still perform live—you just have to be “in the know” to figure out where. What could help the cause more than an android music duo?

Of course, there could always be something else plaguing the undercity that you don’t yet know about…
