- I bought a $20 AUR pack and a Merc Pack early in the beta, when the description included the phrase "returned at resets AND commercial release". I cannot find any official statement about commercial release, and changing the description for new purchases does not change the terms I bought them under. I would like some clarity on this issue since I have never received a direct answer.

- Are we in commercial release? I spent AUR under the assumption that it was to be returned upon commercial release per the store description.

- Hello,
- Our final scheduled character reset occurred on the 10th of January in advance of our open beta launch on the 22nd, as such there are no scheduled AUR resets in future, as DUST is now running on our live production server Tranquility and has fully merged with EVE Online.
- Should you have an issue with any payments linked to your PSN account then we must advise you to contact SONY as CCP do not have access to the PS Store.

- I understand the final reset already transpired. However at the time of purchase the terms clearly stated I additionally would be reimbursed at commercial release. I must say I am dismayed how difficult it is to get a yes or no answer. I am not adverse to financially supporting this game for the value it has already provided me, but I prefer to do so on honest terms.
- To resolve this issue I must insist the discrepancy between my terms or purchase and the answer you are giving me are reconciled.

- Hello,
- To clarify when DUST 514 joined EVE on TQ on January 10th and subsequently opened to the public on Jan 22nd this became our commercial launch. With this in mind we are now unable to grant AUR or character resets moving forward.

- Thank you for taking the time to look into this issue. Has there been any update in the past two weeks?

- Four weeks without any indication you are even still looking into the problem is terrible customer service.
