under srveillance : snipe 3 guys, pick up their weapons, snipe the rest (safety first)
silence the sneak : throw grenade, insta change to m16, m16 the car asap (ez & safe, might lose ~20 armor)
arms shortage : this mission sucks. full armor, get on container, get rgb, rpg 2 cars, rpg alley, fuck around with the rest, avoid that guy trigger and get more m16 ammo 4 free
evidence dash : hope to get lucky ;)

grand theft aero : fly to construction site, get car then to drive to donald
bait : 1 at the time
espresso 2 go : all staunton, then all shoreside, then lastly portland, all by car + grenades.
s.a.m. : drive to airport, put dodo next to runway, fly to construction site
the exchange : pick up rpg, blow up "car blocks", pick up sniper, snipe m16 guys on roof, use rpg for the helicopter asap
