Blazing Palm (LB):
Flame Soul adds 200% damage to Blazing Palm over the base which is:
- 200% buff over no points invested in Blazing Palm
- 167% buff over T1 Blazing Palm
- While T3S2 burn damage bonus was untouched, this results in T3S2 (extra damage to burning) only raising damage to burning by 25% instead of 67% per hit.  Probably better to go Flame Orbit to use Flame Soul + Dragonblaze synergy

Frost Palm (RB):
Damage with no points is the same.
Tier 2 is the damage buff point now.  This improves damage over the base by 15.4%. Both trees do the same damage as each other now which means
- Stage 1 damage boost was nerfed by 50%
- Stage 2 damage boost was nerfed by 62.5%
Frost Soul adds 200% damage to Frost Palm over the base which is:
- 154% buff over 0-1 points invested in Frost Palm
- 133% buff over 2 points invested in Frost Palm

Dual Dragons (F):
- T3S1 (now just T3) nerfed by 25% -- But its actually usable now?

Dragonblaze (F):
- Buffed by 80% damage base.  Additional damage to burning unchanged

Dragonfrost (F):
- Buffed by 80% damage.

Fire FUry (F):
- No points is the same total damage dealt, but faster = higher dps
- T1 buffed by 80% total damage dealt (125% damage over no points)
- T3 bonus damage to burning might be buffed by 50%? wording is tough, might be nerfed by 50%.

Frost Fury (F):
- No points is the same total damage dealt, but faster
- T1 buffed by 12.5% total damage dealt
- T2S1 damage to frozen buffed by some amount, still pretty small

Right side looks attractive for a dragon spec now?

Force Blast (1):
- T3S4 buffed by 33% base damage.  Damage to frozen enemies is the same

Inferno (Fire X):
- All of S1 is now a 45s cooldown.
- T2S1 buffed by 17.6% damage.

Short Fuse (Fire C):
- T3 on both stages: Damage over time buffed by 42.9%

Divine Veil (Ice C):
- All of Stage 1 heals for 15% HP instead of 5% HP

Meteor Shower (Fire V):
- Bonus damage to burning enemies buffed by 200%.
