Describe what role-playing means to you: Role playing is a form of escapism that's done through playing thought out characters who live a separate
life from the player's. The characters have room to develop as a person, and have flaws that are meant to be explored.

Define what a "Problem Player" is in your own words: A problem player is someone who refuses to change the way they act positively. Someone who consistently abuses mechanics in a way that inhibit role play, or consistently plays poorly thought out characters while ignoring advice to fix it.

Define a "Toxic Player" in your own words: A toxic player is someone who causes drama blatantly, or in the background. They cause conflict between themselves and others, or between others. Someone who forms a group to chat behind people's backs, or spreads rumors about another player are toxic.

Define "Admin Abuse" in your own words: Admin abuse is using the admin's tools for personal pleasure rather than for other people. Using commands for special privileges like spawning with traitor status every round, or causing damage to the station in unreasonable places is abuse.


In your opinion, what the biggest problem with the server right now?: I believe that currently, bad role players are the biggest problem. People who refuse to spellcheck and produce massive spelling errors without seeking to improve them, No punctuation or capitalization make up a large portion of this.


How would you have it resolved?: I would reach out to the players who do this consistently and offer them help and suggestions. I also would suggest to the team to make rules more severe.

[b]How I'd handle it:I would ghost and take a look at the situation, then privately message the player in question and ask them what is happening. If they are being disruptive, I'll tell them to stop and leave them on their way. If it's blatant grief, and they have no intention on actually playing the server, I would ban them and give them instructions on how to apeal against it.[/b]

[*]A player is upset about a scenario, but they are clearly in the wrong.
[b]How I'd handle it: I'd explain to them how they are in the wrong, and give them suggestions on how to change that.[/b]

[*]When interviewing several individuals, one is lying but you cannot tell who it is.
[b]How I'd handle it:I would tell each of the players the same warning and tell the admin team their names to watch out for in the future.[/b]

[*]An individual is playing a character who has sparked several adminhelps regarding said individual, but they are not in any clear violation of the rules.
[b]How I'd handle it: I would explain to them that their character is upsetting quite a few players, and try to learn about their character to offer them suggestions.[/b]

[*]Multiple character deaths have occurred and you are attempting to investigate. One player exhibits poor role-playing skills combined with insulting all those involved, another rushed after trouble started and only used lethal force, and a third went on and attacked several other individuals after the first fight was finished.
[b]How I'd handle it: I'd tell the first player to cut it out as a warning, and if they continue, give a day ban for them to cool off. I'd tell player two how that is not acceptable and it shouldn't be done again, and give the third at the very least a one day ban, if not longer.[/b]

[b]Finally, what unique aspects of yourself can you bring to the staff? What can you bring to the team that is, in your opinion, needed?: My main focus is to see the server improve playerwise and I enjoy helping others.[/b]
