"Resignation" from tours and IP room

	Hey there, I hate to have to say this but I want to step down from voice in the tours room and mod in the IP room. I know voice isn't technically considered auth, however I do not plan to hang out in the room anymore so there is no need to keep me as voice. The reason behind this decision is because I'm admittedly a bit jealous and feel "under appreciated." Just to bring up a name for sake of comparison, xShiba was voiced after me and got driver before me. I understand this happens all the time and nothing against xShiba he is a good user, its just that I contributed as much as he did and feel like we should be on the same boat, i.e If he is eligible for driver, I should be too.

	Additionally in the past, I have talked with anto in pm about my desire for a custom avatar and global driver in the future. I hope that didn't come off as power hungry because I'm not. I just have a goal like many other users on this site. The reason I bring this up, is because I heard from a friend (who's name I will keep out of this for sake of avoiding pointing fingers) that I was turned down for driver because I come off as power hungry. I know it could be other things such as I don't maybe talk enough however I watch over the room all the time and even though I may not be talking, I am watching the chat flow.

	Now in regard to IP, I have been in the room since the very start. I worked my way up from voice to mod for being active in the room and topping the leaderboard. In my time being there, I have found the users to be sub par. Both the attitude of some of the players and skill level is very low (I found this out back when I was still voiced and faced confuse ray Mega Sableye). Also, despite all the efforts from the RO's, the room still is dead. I apologize for wanting to leave this room and I only wish the best for the RO's to popularize it more and have it succeed.

	Lastly, I want to point out one thing, I have nothing against the auth in either room, in fact I have made good friends with a few people. Its just I have never truly enjoyed hanging out in the tours room and IP room. The tours room is similar to the lobby in that people are both rude and lewd. Many times I wish I had driver so I could mute these kids but instead had to wait a few minutes for a driver or mod or RO to catch it. I commend all of the auth because monitoring the tours room takes a lot of work.  I think I have said all that I have to say. If you have anything you want to say to me feel free to pm me.
