- The U.S.A.F EC-130 (Codename:"Commando Solo") is a converted military cargo plane
  capable of transmitting VHF/UHF mind altering radio waves.

- "Silent Sound" Psyops Transmitters were used on Iraqi citizens during Operation Desert Storm.

- Chemtrails turn ordinary atmosphere into an ionised plasma,
  which can act as a conduit for mind altering energy waves (via H.A.A.R.P & other systems).
