  4. Paragraph #1:
  5. The movie “Misery” is a very dramatic thriller, from the beginning of the movie it grabs my attention when Paul Sheldon left his latest novel untitled. It’s a very suspenseful movie it left me wanting more by the second; it even left me trying to guess what was incoming. Every character in the movie seemed like they hiding something because the author Stephen King give such depth to each character, it left me wanting to look up the characters and find out their motives behind their lives. This movie is very dramatic as it leaves you speechless because it would hit you would something peculiar that we would never think of.

  8. Paragraph #2:
  9. After an unexpected car crash(on Donner Pass Road), writer Paul Sheldon was rescued by a nurse that goes by the name of Annie Wilkes, who is one of Paul Sheldon’s so claimed “biggest” fan. Annie took Paul into her shelter(cabin) and took care of him to recover, later on in the story/movie Annie’s obsession took a dark turn as when Annie found out Paul was killing off her favorite character in one of his novels. Annie suddenly started to get controlling, even aggressive towards to Paul. Annie forced Paul to even burn his original and only copy of the continuation of his novel and to rewrite it to her likings.

  12. Paragraph #3:
  13. Paul Sheldon known as actor James Caan did an aftmost amazing job in the movie “Misery”. James Caan captured the character Paul so well he showed such a “lack” of motivation as he didn’t really care of the situation he made the character come to life right before our eyes. Kathy Bates known as Annie Wilkes acting in the film “Misery” was the most euphoric feeling. It felt as if she was aiming towards us the audience the ones watching, it felt like we were Paul at moments and we were her prisoners. Kathy Bates acting in the film topped even Paul’s acting, she made the character bend to her will she made the film come to life; her expressions, the way she talks and says each word/sentence had such power.

  16. Paragraph #4:
  17. Even though the film “Misery” made such an impact there were parts in the film where it left me wondering “why?”. There are plenty of things I throughly enjoyed on the film and certain scenes, some scenes even gave me a slight chuckle. Whenever Paul was trying to drug Annie when they were having a so called “romantic dinner” over his novel, Paul was going to drug Annie to get away from her and escape to safety, the expression on his face when Annie mistakenly knocked over her glass making the drugged wine plan come to a standstill. A part of the movie I didn’t really enjoy and left me angry at Annie was when she forcefully made Paul burn his own Novel.. I think many watchers would have agreed with me on that. Annies selfish desires left me annoyed at her at times but overall the film “Misery” was amazing.
