  14. -This effect allows the character spend a turn and make an attack that, assuming they hit, isolates themselves and the target from other combatants, enabling them to fight uninterrupted. The method of isolation must be chosen during the first use of the technique, and an associated secondary skill (based on a Physical Characteristic) tied to the technique. When activating a technique with this power in it, the character rolls the associated secondary skill. Any characters attempting to pass into or out of the zone must meet or exceed a value in that secondary skill equal to a level of success below the initial roll. If the technique's owner leaves the zone, the zone ends. When the technique is first activated, the target can make a PhR to resist the check.
  15. ex: James tackles Gaul into the ocean, using his Swim skill to drag his target deep underwater. James rolls Swim and gets a 200, for a difficulty of Absurd (180). If anyone wants to enter or leave the zone, they must make a check of Very Difficult, or 140, to do so. If James suddenly realizes underwater combat sucks and surfaces, Gaul will be free to swim to the surface himself. Note that neither Gaul or James has to hold their breath...that's just part of the power of the technique.
