Ester: I can't approach you IC yet. I will be able to soon whenever Tyran approaches Arrei about this plan. So the Lannister is probably going to be the next King - Cyrna's basically blackmailed him into marrying her. Tyran Lannister is pissed/not happy. We spoke last night -blah blah blah-. Basically we think the Tyrells aren't really doing that great at their jobs...I mean the King is drunk so much he doesn't do shit. The Princess is crazy - literally - you should see the chatlog (she's not posted conveniently) of her blackmailing Tyran and changing her attitude about certain RPCs based on some...OOC knowledge. They've turned their backs on the Tullys - willing to let them die. They've basically shunned the Vale and the Stormlands who both have viable candidates for Kingship and are being basically kicked in the nuts because she's decided to blackmail the Lannister into marrying her instead....So.......

Vyctus: I have thought the royalty's actions to be fairly erratic.
Ester: Once Tyran is crowned King - which is on a course to happen very shortly....We want to denounce house Tyrell for their actions. Abandoning a Great House. Not helping the Civil War calm down. Being a dick to the Great Houses 'above' the Lannisters (really nobody should be THRILLED  IC about that....the Lannisters are at the bottom of the totem pole and I highly doubt we want a repeat...) Drunk/pillow biting King who failed to produce heirs -etc. We want to absorb the Reach, splitting land between the Stormlands, Dorne, the Westerlands and the Riverlands //possibly the Crownlands we aren't sure yet//. The Vale would absorb some of the Riverlands - expanding their borders to King's Road (since the Riverlands gain a part of the Reach basically borders just shift) and giving themselves a way to not be awkwardly cut off from the rest of the world...It would give them a direct border with the Crownlands AND the North when before - any occupying or enemy force just had to cut them off in the Riverlands and any support would have to go through the Riverlands to help - essentially corning the Vale. The Vale is also the first place we've approached, so forgive us if our plans are a bit funked xD - but in regards to taking the Reach we will give any Lord we come across the chance to stand down (of course). We wanted to give the Arryns a spot on the small council as well to get a political foot in the door - after we take the Reach //hopefully peacefully//. We have 3 houses support IC - the only ones we'd like besides is the Stormlands and the Vale. Riverlands may be in too much disorder - the Tullys have kinda gone crazy xD but we want their help too and have a plan to expand their borders anyway.

Vyctus: Hrm! Wouldn't this mean a Lannister King though?
Ester: Yuuuup.
Ester: This can't happen without the Lannister King...
Ester: Unfortunately.
Ester: The Princess has forced our hand a bit - she's basically told him if he doesn't marry her and become King she's raising the already heavy tax on the Westerlands
Vyctus: My impression, from what I was told, was that the Lannister didn't like the Arryns, aside from the females.
Ester: And starving them to death
Ester: ^Which is soooo pleasant.
Vyctus: It seems we are getting the Lannister King either way.
Ester: Yep.
Ester: XD
Ester: If it helps he's not happy IC.
Vyctus: XD Naturally.
Ester: In fact he's pretty pissed off XD
Vyctus: WEll, obviously my character would need to be approached ICly, explained the circumstances.
Ester: Mhm
Ester: I love meetings
Ester: -Freakishly happy sigh-
Vyctus: I already think he would have been upset by the Greyjoy's being awarded Tully lands.
Vyctus: However, I don't think he's heard of that.
Ester: And negotiations IC. With a fresh King we're willing to give a little more...opportunity. We can barely scrape by without the Vale but we'd like their support basically so....if you can think of anything IC that you guys need/want besides the land and position - let me know (since I'll probably be handling it IC for the Vale and he'll approach the Stormlands)
Vyctus: Well, how are the Starks involved?
Ester: We aren't sure. As Writers they are basically gone SO WE aren't sure how to approach it. I mean half of them are up for adoption...Miner is never around and Match is kinda pissed off about metagaming so she's taking a break. We could ask Match to come back and NPC her siblings - but the reality of it is the Starks really only come into play should they go against the plan. Then we'd have to block them from sending help....which would suck xD but the Neck would help us a lot. Their army is pretty large but it'll take them way too long to raise banners to help before its over. We'll give them something for assisting but the 5 armies already should be enough xD
Vyctus: For House Arryn, the goal is to have a defensible border. That means the Bay. If it is the North and the Riverlands we end up fighting against, Arryn will be the obvious target. The North from the sea and the Riverlands via the pass.
Ester: If that were the case we'd send the Greyjoy fleet to back you up since our fighting is on the land. And you'd have the Westerlands to put pressure on the riverlands from the other side.
Ester: We aren't expecting to fight the Riverlands.
Ester: They're in a funk.
Ester: And need help all around xD
Vyctus: Aren't the Greyjoys part of teh concern? Why would the Greyjoys support us? The Crown is giving them what they want.
Vyctus: How are there no male Tyrells?
Ester: The Greyjoy and the Lannister - being the two most hated and weak houses - teamed up IC some time ago before this whole thing went down. Neither was necessarily going for the Crown....He helped us make the plan. We're gonna give him land we just aren't sure where yet - be it in the Reach or the Riverlands and giving them a larger portion of the Reach so their mass stays relatively the same.
Vyctus: Something my House probably wants to avoid is the Greyjoys having access to the bay.
Vyctus: an Ironborn presence in our Bay would not sit well with merchants, obviously.
Vyctus: But I think we could work something out.
Vyctus: I don't think my Arryn is going to like what the crown is doing.
Vyctus: He does not currently have any strong alliances, since the Stark thing is up in the air.
Ester: Sorry.
Vyctus: It's okay!
Ester: I had to run afk for a second.
Vyctus: No worries.
Ester: What you've said makes sense and I will approach you IC as soon as I can.

Vyctus: I suppose that makes him something of the wildcard here.

Vyctus: I just want a good story myself! I'm hoping pairings don't end up corrupting it. That tends to be the problem with GoT.
Ester: I can't speak for anybody else but I try to play loyal characters. Loyal to the cause and such.
