- The Dawn Setup is a RP-Based setup slightly inspired by the horror game Until Dawn. (thus, the name)
- IMPORTANT ROLES:
- Agent: Serves as host for the game.
- Wendigo: Plays the role of the 'monster'
- The game begins and the Agent is the host. D1 will be setting up characters (if using a color deck) or checking for rerolls (if fandom deck). The Agent will then create a setting for the game itself to take place. The setting is entirely up to the host, but it is preferred that it is a secluded place where all of the players are trapped.
- A suggested setting, true to the game in which this setup is inspired by, is a large house on a secluded mountain.
- The first day should be normal IC, where all of the characters begin to set up the story that the Agent has created. All of the characters will get to know each other and form some relationships and establish what is going on.
- Then, the next day, it is revealed that during the night there has been a brutal murder. The player with the Wendigo role had transformed during the night into a monster (what kind of monster is up to the player, but common choices are either a Werewolf or a Wendigo) and had devoured another player, leaving only a half-eaten corpse behind. The only issue is... Who was it?
- Either the monster can choose who to kill randomly, or the Agent can contact them and tell them who to kill. The monster should try and leave subtle clues towards their identity as they RP. Someone should be killed each night, unless killing would go against the current RP.
- As for RP-ing what happened after the murder, all of the players can either come to an agreement as to where the body is, or the monster can contact the agent/host outside of the game (IE: on Discord) to give details about the body and the death.
