Just to clarify, there is nothing harmful in our products, contrary to rumors that have started circulating. It is possible you got a bad batch of body spray. We are also not 'trolling' you. We are a legitimate business and have many happy customers.

I'm sorry we have to end our partnership this way. I wish you had given us the opportunity to replace any products you were unhappy with before bashing our company. As I said I will take you off our site and no hard feelings, but please refrain from posting our communications or slandering our products (which you previously claimed to like) as it is not very mature or professional.
