for all downloads drag them from your usb key to the windows pc hard drive before installing htem

install thsi first -(chipset driver) https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775/Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-INF-Update-Utility-

then this (usb 3.0 driver) https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22824/USB-3-0-Driver-Intel-USB-3-0-eXtensible-Host-Controller-Driver-for-Intel-8-9-100-Series-and-C220-C610-Chipset-Family

then from asrocks site here - http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H97M-ITXac/?cat=Download&os=Win764

Only download and install:

"Intel Management Engine driver" - install this before other asrock installers

"Atheros Lan driver"

"Realtek high definition audio driver"

Then grab the latest nvidia driver for your graphics card here - http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

IMPORTANT - when installing nvidia driver, check custom/advanced install, then uncheck the "geforce experience" installer in the list so it is not installed
